IGAL’s history began with the idea of creating a company in Georgia that would bring together professionalism, ethics, and the real needs of businesses in a single space. At the start, it was a small but ambitious team serving a limited group of clients, focusing on ensuring that each of them operated with the correct financial and tax approach.

Over the years, both the Georgian business environment and regulations, as well as international requirements, evolved. IGAL stayed at the forefront of this process, on the contrary, step by step, it became an experienced partner for the manufacturing and service sectors, financial institutions, international groups, and local companies. Today, the company combines traditional auditing and accounting with innovative, technology-based approaches, striving to ensure that a client’s financial results are not just numbers, but a management tool that influences real decisions.

Company History

Company formation

M&M Audit was founded in July 2007.

In 2007, the company was founded under the name “M&M Audit.”

This marked the beginning of our history: a small team with big ambitions and a clear goal: to create a service that would turn auditing and accounting not just into a “formal obligation” but into a business management tool. At this stage, we mainly worked with local companies across various sectors, building our reputation as a reliable and responsible partner.


Development of the company's growth

From 2011 to 2021, the company grew dynamically, not only in scale but also in the diversity and quality of its services. During this period, we gradually accumulated all the necessary resources, both human capital and technical infrastructure, which allowed us to offer our clients a wide range of professional services:

  • These years significantly deepened our professional experience and, most importantly, helped us build long-term, trust-based relationships with our clients. Today, many of these companies remain with us not only as service recipients but also as partners who see IGAL as a strategic supporter of their business development.

New workspace and office

In 2022, the company carried out a significant infrastructural upgrade, we acquired a modern, fully equipped workspace at a new address.

With the new office

  • We created a more comfortable working environment for our team;
  •  We modernized internal processes – technical equipment, software systems, and document management;
  •  We improved conditions for both employees’ daily work and meetings and communication with clients.

This step marks a stage in our history where the company has entered a phase of stable growth and further strengthens its position in the market.

Digital transformation and AI solutions

Starting from 2026, IGAL is entering another significant phase – the company has launched a systematic digital transformation.

At this stage, we are:

  • Implementing AI-based solutions in audit, accounting, and tax consulting processes;
  • Developing tax AI advisors and chatbots that help clients quickly understand tax legislation requirements and find relevant references;
  • Improving internal workflows – document management, data analytics, risk assessment – through modern software systems and automation;
  • Creating an environment where technology and professional expertise work together, enabling clients to receive more accurate, faster, and practically applicable solutions.

This phase represents the part of our history where IGAL confidently asserts that it is not only a provider of traditional professional services but also an innovative partner focused on technological advancement.

ETL GLOBAL- Partner

Since 2025, the company has become a partner of ETL GLOBAL in Georgia – a decision that further strengthens IGAL’s position as a firm committed to professional standards and development.

This milestone:

  •         Provides us with additional opportunities to offer Georgian businesses services supported by international knowledge and expertise;
  •        Demonstrates that IGAL’s history is a journey from local practice to global partnership.

IR GLOBAL-Official member

In 2024, IGAL joined the international network IR GLOBAL as its official member and representative in Georgia.

This milestone became a significant turning point in our history:

  •         IGAL now operates not only as a local company but also as a member of a global network;
  •         We can offer clients services that, if needed, involve highly qualified specialists from different countries;
  •       We actively bring internationally established standards and approaches into local practice.
